FAQs

Shipping and Order status

Yes, we ship all over the world. We process and ship products Monday through Friday. Please see our international shipping options at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

For all international orders, we recommend DHL.

It depends on where you are. International orders via DHL usually takes 4-6 business days to arrive to most destinations. Orders via Aramex can take anywhere from 6-9 business days to most destinations.

Customers will be given a chance to select DHL or Aramex courier service. For a detailed overview of the shipping timeline, please refer to our shipping policy page.

We use DHL or Aramex, with tracking number provided upon shipment.

After an order has shipped, a confirmation e-mail is sent as soon as payment is processed. You can also track your packages on www.lovelybee.net. We process shipments via DHL or Aramex, with tracking number provided upon shipment.

To track your package:

1. Login to your account.

2. Go to Your Orders.

3. Click Track Package next to your order

Please contact us with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been shipped.

You will receive an email confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email, please check your Spam / Junk mail folder.

If your tracking details show the package was delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend you take the following steps:

• Call the courier service immediately.

• Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier.

• Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct.

• See if someone else in your household or a neighbor accepted the delivery.

Returns and Exchange

Once the order has been placed, you can cancel your order while it's being processed. If the order has been shipped, the order can't be canceled.

An exchange may also be arranged if the order hasn't entered the shipping process yet.

Please contact us within 24-48 hours of order placement at so we can offer a remedy.

Rewards Program

By creating a rewards account with us, you can earn points that can be redeemed for dollar purchases with us. It’s that easy. For more information, please refer to our Rewards Program page for more info.

⦁ Birthday points - After you log in to your account, you can click on the button and add your birthday. You will get points on your birthday via email.

Your tier status is determined by the sum of your purchases from January 1 onwards.

All points will expire after pre-determined amount of inactivity. In this context, inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any points within 12 months.

You must have at least 1,000 points to apply for a discount on your orders.

Discounts can be applied in intervals of 1,000.

The device you received the referral link from must be used when making a purchase in order to receive points.

We also accept bank transfers or ACH direct debits.

If your payment method is bank transfers or ACH direct debits, please contact us before initiating any transfers.

All our payment transactions are done via PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Account Management

Yes. You can shop for most things without needing an account, but you’ll miss out on the benefits of being a member.

When you buy as a guest, you can still track your purchases and return items you’ve bought, but you won’t be able to keep track of your purchase activity.

When you buy an item as a guest, we’ll send you a guest order confirmation email, with the subject line “Order Confirmed”. You'll need this email to view your order details, track your order, or start a return if you need to send your item back.

If you change your address or phone number, or set up a new email address, make sure to update your contact details on your account.

If you lost or forgot your account password, you can easily reset it using the following steps:

⦁ Open the forgot password page.

⦁ Enter the email address registered to your account.

⦁ Check your email for instruction on resetting the password. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

Product

In rare cases, we may run out of an item while your purchase is processing. This could prevent the fulfillment of your item or items; this often occurs with items that are in demand. In the event this happens to your order or an item in your order, we will notify you by email that the order or item has been canceled.

Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

⦁ Limits on available quantities

⦁ The item is out of stock.

⦁ Price or other listing errors

⦁ Additional information is needed by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department

⦁ Unavailable carrier or shipping method

You will receive an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need additional information to process your order.

Other

You can search for more than one word at a time, but the more words you add to your search, the fewer results you will usually see. This can help when you're looking for something specific, but when you just want to browse, be sure to use a shorter search term. To search for exact phrase, put your search term in quotes (E.g., " Argan Oil").

You can browse department. Select a department to open its list of categories. For more specific results, search for one or more words first, then choose the specific department from the menu to search for your term in that department only.
