Shipping Policy

Each item in your order is sold by ATMIOS LLC or a merchant working with ATMIOS LLC.

We ship products Monday through Friday. Orders usually take 2 working days to process. Confirmation e-mail for order is sent as soon as payment is processed. 

We process shipments via DHL or Aramex, with tracking number provided upon shipment.

However, note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military, and restricted areas.

Please note that the above delivery timeline is for most metropolitan cities. For delivery to remote destinations timeline may differ slightly.

Note: In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

  • National holidays / Festivals
  • Bad Weather
  • Flight restrictions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

You authorize ATMIOS LLC or merchant (as applicable) to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear and process your merchandise.

Prohibited countries

We will not export products to the following countries:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Myanmar
  • North Korea
  • Sudan and
  • Syria

Important notes

  • Tracking number of shipments will be provided as soon as items are shipped. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their shipments via DHL or Aramex. You can coordinate with the respective courier services once items are dispatched:

  • In case the shipment is not claimed, or multiple failed delivery attempts made, your shipment will be returned back to the origin country. In this case, we may only refund partial amount of product cost less return shipping costs. Shipping charges will be non-refundable.
  • After receiving the shipment, if you find that the product is damaged or if anything is amiss, then you will have 3 days to inform us.
