Refund & Exchange Policy

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and strive to please all our buyers.

In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is incorrect then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in a resalable, unopened, and unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories within 7-days from the day it was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the courier service immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

We encourage our customers to buy shipping insurance. If you received a damaged item, then you will have to inform the courier service within 3 days of delivery to claim a

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, perfumes / deodorants and lingerie). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation / Exchange

Once the order has been placed, you can cancel your order while it's being processed. If the order has been shipped, the order can't be canceled.
An exchange may also be arranged if the order hasn't entered the shipping process yet.

Please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of order placement so we can offer a remedy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refund on your original payment method. 

Refunds can take usually 1-2 weeks after we receive and process your return.
